Fees

  • All management services are provided within an agreed-upon percentage of gross revenue
  • Any required or agreed-upon maintenance and advertising expenses are charged to the property
  • Management services depend on what the Owner requests and vary from property to property
  • A Portfolio Manager is assigned to each property and maintains frequent communication with the Owner
  • If an on-site Community Manager is required, the manager's salary is billed to the Owner at salary plus actual payroll costs
  • If an apartment is provided free to the on-site manager, state unemployment tax and workers' compensation for the rental value of the apartment are added
